Great leadership is a rare skill. For most people it doesn't come naturally. It is amazing how many organizations are successful even though they have only marginally competent people leading them. Many times this is because the structure of the organization helps make up for a leaders short comings. Sometimes it is because a particularly talented staff that makes up for the leaders deficiencies.

Any leadership development training should take into account some of the basic facts, which ought to be made available to the individual concerned for developing his leadership skill and techniques.

The training or program must adequately deal with deliberations on leadership, and not limit the understanding of the term to its limited sense. One evening you two think you deserve a treat. You go to a restaurant in Guanajuato you've yet to patronize. You get there, you begin walking upstairs to the dining room where the Mexicans are sitting, only to be stopped by a waiter. The waiter tells you that the two of you have to sit downstairs near the kitchen. You ask why. He is hesitant to say another word and, in fact, doesn't.

You insist on being seated in the room where the Mexicans eat but your protestations fall on deaf ears and stiff necks. Screaming ensues. The screeching gets you nowhere at all.

As you begin to leave, another waiter who is more sympathetic to your plight confesses to you outside the establishment, away from the prying eyes and ears of everyone else, that the owner of the place hates Americans. The Americans, if they want to eat there, have to be segregated from the Mexicans.

The shocking part of this is that the gringos who live in Guanajuato's Gringolandia tell me I am making this up. They call it a fiction. They say that since they've not experienced it, it could not have happened. Yet, I was told this story from the two gringos to whom it happened. They are respectable retired professionals who would have no reason in the world to make up a story.

Me? I find that title humorous, but if I had to explain why I think it's funny, I'm not sure that I could. It might be the underlying but subtle notion that liberation is in order for someone. Come to think of it, I guess liberation is in order.

Pavel wants to show us a better way to fitness and free us from our need to spend an inordinate amount of time in the gym and spend it more wisely and effectively, so that we can have great physical fitness and time to enjoy it as well.

As you can see by glancing at his pictures, Pavel not only knows how to develop an amazing physique but he also knows how to keep himself flexible at the same time.

Maybe now you can understand why I think this man has some answers to fitness that we might not be able to find anywhere else, nor all in one convenient location either.

8) Pick your seat carefully: either the first chair or the third one so that you won't have to twist your head around as the cards are dealt.

9) Dress casually because smart and elegant clothes cause the dealers to think you are intelligent and they might watch you more closely.

10) Order an alcoholic drink and pretend to sip it because they are looking for those non-drinkers who are staying sober to count the cards.

The common denominator of all these is that you must never forget that the casino si watching you and how you play. Act accordingly!

Stay calm if the casino catches you counting cards and abide by their wishes quietely. Do not make a fuss. If they ask you to leave, do so.
